Regent Med Prep – Terms & Conditions

By booking or using Regent Med Prep’s services, you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

  • Regent Med Prep provides online guidance, tutoring, and advisory services for UK medical school admissions.

  • We offer UCAT/BMAT coaching, mock interviews, personal statement feedback, and school selection advice.

  • Our services are advisory only,we do not guarantee university admission.

2. Payment & Fees

  • Full payment is required before any session or service starts.

  • Payments can be made via approved online payment platforms.

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice (confirmed bookings remain at the agreed rate).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued after payment.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled only with a minimum 48 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

  • Regent Med Prep may cancel or reschedule in exceptional circumstances, offering an alternative date/time.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful personal and academic information.

  •  Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

  • Attend sessions on time and come prepared with necessary materials.

  • Use advice and resources solely for personal preparation - no sharing, copying, or redistribution without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All learning materials, documents, and resources provided remain the property of Regent Med Prep.

  • Materials are for personal use only and cannot be reproduced, sold, or shared publicly.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All personal data is handled in compliance with UK GDPR.

  • Information shared during sessions is confidential unless disclosure is required by law

7. Changes to Terms

  • Regent Med Prep reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply immediately to all future bookings.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
